I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, breathing coaching, classes, and seminars.
My approach to therapy draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness
and acceptance-based approaches, positive psychology, and somatic psychology. I
offer a variety of services that may be relevant to you, whether you are suffering
from deep emotional pain or you’re just looking to get more out of your life.

In one-on-one psychotherapy, I offer a place where you can be fully known and accepted.
I provide you genuineness, respect, and honest feedback. I also share with you tools
and education that can help you learn to take care of yourself and develop a healthy
relationship with yourself and those around you. Because I value your time and energy,
I closely monitor your progress to ensure that you are moving toward your goals
at an effective rate. Individual psychotherapy provides you a unique opportunity
for personal exploration and growth. Sessions are customized to your specific needs
and interests.

Our close relationships can be the source of much happiness as well has much distress.
I work with couples to help them learn to appreciate each other, connect on a genuine
emotional level, and manage differences in ways that can lead to long-lasting rewarding
relationships. If your relationship is in distress, needs fine-tuning, or could
use preventative strengthening, I would welcome the opportunity to provide guidance.
I work with couples in brief as well as long-term therapy, depending on the preferences
of the couple.

Breathing Coaching
Discover the transformative power of the breath
Developing awareness of breathing is central to much of my therapy work. I incorporate
Restorative Breathing techniques into psychotherapy sessions and also offer breathing
coaching as a separate service for those who are interested in focusing primarily
on breathing.
