Deep Relaxation Classes
This class combines mindfulness meditation, restorative yoga, gentle stretching, guided imagery and breathing techniques to calm the mind and body. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Fridays 10:30-11:30am
Drop-in to any class, no experience necessary.
