I encourage you to practice repeatedly to get the most out of this process. You will discover different layers of richness the more your practice.

- Somatic Listening Introduction – This track gives an overview of the premises behind this practice and provides guidance on how to use these recordings.
- Somatic Listening Meditation Version A – this version has the most extensive guidance, and I recommend using this one until you are familiar with the practice. It begins with gentle movement, then introduces attitudes of mindfulness and then transitions to basic mindfulness meditation. Once you are more settled into the present moment, you will be guided through tuning into your emotions in your body in a therapeutic way.
- Somatic Listening Meditation Version B - this version covers the same material as Version A, but with less detailed guidance and more silence to allow more space for inner reflection.
- Somatic Listening Meditation Version C – this is the minimalist version which skips the opening movement and mindfulness meditation, and begins with tuning in to emotions in your body. This is an appropriate version to use if you have already done some kind of quieting, centering practice.
- Peaceful Place Meditation – this meditation can be useful any time you want to spend time in a pleasant, calm state.
- Container Imagery Meditation – this meditation can be useful if you ever feel overwhelmed by what comes up during Somatic Listening or if you have unresolved material that you would like to put away for the time being
